Linxtelecom operates a resilient, distributed 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) with locations in Tallinn, Estonia and Moscow, Russia.The Linxtelecom NOC is at the very center of the business with the responsibility of ensuring continuous service availability for its customers. These responsibilities include monitoring power systems, communication lines (for alarms such as bit errors, framing errors, line coding errors, and circuits down) and other infrastructure along with quick response to any issues that may affect the operational performance of the network.

Linxtelecom NOC team monitors and operates over 1000 components on a daily basis: These include DWDM and TDM network elements and services, international IP and MPLS backbone and services, POP facilities throughout The EU and Russia, Metro Ethernet and radio access networks, Voice service gateways and Linxtelecom submarine Networks.
