Jules DelahaijePresident & Chief Executive Officer

Jules

Jules joined Linx Telecommunications B.V. at an early stage of its foundation. Under his leadership, the Linx Group has undergone numerous transformations that resulted in sustainable business growth, diversification of product portfolio and expansion into new markets and territories. In 2011 the company was honored with the “DatacenterDynamics Datacenter Leaders Award” in the category “Innovation in the Mega-Data centre”, for the implemented state-of-the-art datacenter facility in St. Petersburg, Russia. Jules is the Management Board member and one of the Group’s shareholders.

Before joining Linxtelecom, Jules held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Unisource NV (Group), one of the first and largest International Telecommunications Alliances of the 1990s. Until 1993 Jules held several financial management positions (including Mergers & Acquisitions) within AT&T Network Systems International and AT&T Capital Corporation. He started his career in 1985 at the headquarters of Philips Electronics as a manager of the International Tax Department.

Jules Delahaije holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economics & Taxation Law.

Gerhard Stoker, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Gerhard

Gerhard Stoker joined the Group in August 2007 and assumed responsibility for leading the company’s financial division.

Prior to the current role, he worked at Carrier Corporation as Manager Finance and Lucent Technologies as Senior Manager Internal Audit EMEA. Before that, he spent six years in different audit functions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in telecom amongst other areas.

Gerhard Stoker holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics. He is a Dutch registered accountant (RA).

 Arno Coster, Senior Vice President Sales, Marketing & Product Management

Arno

Arno Coster oversees the Enterprise and Operator sales and marketing for the Linx Group’s customers, investors and Business Partners. He is responsible for defining successful release of the company’s current and upcoming datacenter and connectivity service portfolio and is also in charge of the strategic direction of the Linxtelecom and Linxdatacenter brands.

Arno has vast knowledge within Sales and Sales Management, Business Development, Marketing and General Management. His more than 20 years managerial experience has built up while working within global infrastructure and datacenter software solution providers. Before joining Linxdatacenter, Arno held senior decisive positions from start-ups and turnarounds, to multinationals, such as Novell, Pitney Bowes and several Microsoft Partners.

Arno Coster holds a Master’s Degree in Management.

Mark Gibbs, Vice President Operations

Mark

Mark Gibbs holds the position of Vice President Operations at the Linx Group. In this function, he is responsible for all operational departments within the Group: Customer Services, Service Delivery, Network Operations, Information Systems, Datacenters and Network Engineering.

Prior to his current position, Mark worked for Linxdatacenter as the Director Customer Operations. Mark has extensive knowledge in the telecommunications industry working within Carriers and consulting with Mobile, VOIP and Fixed line Operators including Vodafone, Orange and Telia Sonera. Before joining Linxdatacenter, Mark’s career spanned over several leading Blue Chip companies in senior managerial and Directorship positions including Lucent Technologies, Fujitsu Network Communications, Stratus Technologies and AT&T.

Mark Gibbs holds two degrees, a Ba in Business Management and a BSc in Computer Sciences.

Richard van WageningenCountry Director Russia

Richard

Richard van Wageningen has joined Linx Telecommunications B.V. in 2010 as General Director for the Linx office in Russia. He is directly responsible for the company’s entire business in the Russian Federation. His strategic approach, profound expertise and dynamic leadership style support the successful implementation of the Group’s flagship projects in the datacenter sector of Russia.

Prior to his current role, Richard worked eight years for British Telecom in several senior management roles, including President of British Telecom Russia since 2005. Before this, Richard worked for Lucent Technologies and AT&T in different countries such as Russia, Saudi Arabia and Portugal.

Richard van Wageningen holds two Bachelor’s degrees: BSc in Electronics and Ba in Economics.

Andrew Harland, Vice President Legal & Regulatory

Andrew

Andrew Harland is one of the founders of Linx Telecommunications B.V., holding the position of Vice President Legal & Regulatory since 2000. From 1995 – 2000 he served as Consultant to the Central Legal Department at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington DC, U.S.A.

Before this, Andrew was Board director and General Counsel of Monarch Resources Limited and was Charge de Mission to the Direction Financière of Elf Aquitaine. Andrew started his law career at Clifford Chance, London, specializing in Commercial Law and Shipping Finance, as a solicitor.

Andrew Harland holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

John Molenaar, Director Human Resources Management

John

John Molenaar is Director International Human Resources at Linx Telecommunications B.V. John started at Linx in 2002. In his role, he leads the Groups’s Human Resources and Office Management.

Previously he was Human Resource/Business Analyst at Glotel and Lucent Technologies, and Human Resource/IT Advisor at KPN. Prior to his career in telecommunications, John held several positions within the international pharmaceutical and chemical world. One of his major contributions has been putting Promega Corporation (USA) on the EMEA map as Managing Director.

John Molenaar holds a BSc degree in Biochemistry.
