Network Operations Center
Linxtelecom operates a resilient, distributed 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) with locations in Tallinn, Estonia and Moscow, Russia.The Linxtelecom NOC is at the very center of the business with the responsibility of ensuring continuous service availability for its customers. These responsibilities include monitoring servers, applications, power systems, communication lines and other infrastructure along with quick response to any issues that may affect the operational performance of our datacenters.
Linxdtelecom NOC team monitors and operates over 1000 components on a daily basis: These include HP servers, VMware environment Internet Access and other datacenter related services.
Linxtelecom Service Delivery department (SD) is responsible for the service delivery life cycle, this commences from order intake through to customer acceptance. The Linxtelecom Service Delivery (SD) team consists of Order Intake, Project Management and Field Delivery. Linxtelecom’s SD Team is spread over 5 countries: Estonia (Tallinn), Latvia (Riga), Lithuania (Vilnius), The Netherlands (Amsterdam), Russia (Moscow). All Linxtelecom SD specialists are multilingual with English and Russian being their primary business languages.
Every Customer Order is implemented by a dedicated Project Manager (PM). The PM becomes the single point of contact during the implementation phase, providing the customer with regular updates and is responsible for the service delivery within agreed time frame.
